Avoid Texas Ave from 2818 to Deacon (south bound) construction has has forced the south bound to one lane. Looks like they are ready to work on the outside southbound lane. Traffic is backed up from Deacon to 2818.

It seems to change each day what lanes they close and for how long they are closed during the day.
Of course it could be more long term now that it hasn't rained for 2 straight days and they can make progress on their plan to make that a cluster-Foxtrot for the next 24 months.
