That is the current population estimate for CS per the city. Anyone seen a recent population estimate for Bryan?

US Census estimate is 84671 for Bryan.

Population counts/estimates typically includes students.
If that's the case, 121,150 means CS population is only 60,000. And that's not correct.agrab86 said:

I'm pretty sure all they do for these estimates is add up the occupancy permits they have on file. That would mean it's probably accurate within 0.5% or so and most certainly includes students living inside the CS city limits. Some of them do live outside of the city limits or in Bryan.
Population estimates are pulled from utilities among other things.
Yup. It includes a big bunch of students.

I've heard that it only includes some students, but not the majority, who are still reporting as residents in their home town.
