Would be better suited to move back to CS area and create a few more dishes. The gumbo is top notch and rivals many of the places in NOLA including the Gumbo Shop IMO
Nope - we like it in Bryan just fine. And gumbo shop is far from the best in NOLA.

I don't think it will make it in its current location even with how good it is.

My vote is for Shiraz being one the best places for a counter service meal in town. Amazingly, we have a ton of selection!

Sshhh. Racism + idiocy = Comedy.

Also, where are these golden gumbo places in the land of College Station?

How the hell is that racist??

Their location is not easy to find or get to for most people for lunch in CS
I have gone many times for lunch because I love their food especially the grilled pork chop and gumbo and have never seen it busy even though the level of food should have some lines out the door.
Many places that have good food don't make it for various reasons including location, price point, mismanagement, advertising etc.
I had a friend recently from New York come and loved the food but he mentioned while driving where are you taking me because we had been in the car for twenty minutes to get there. People don't always have the time to spend to get there on lunch breaks.
And FYI this "racist" finds t to be one of the top five places to eat for a mid price meal in BCS

News flash - not everybody lives in good ol' CS. I can get to the Remnant from my office or home in 10 minutes or less.
