Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who can tell me if it is structurally possible to tear down a wall in my kitchen? (And someone who can do it, if it is possible)?

Thanks!

You can get a good idea by checking the layout of the joists above. I could dig up who we used 2 summers ago. We ended up putting in a 22' beam open up our kitchen/living room...

Nearly every wall in a residential structure is load bearing and cannot be removed simply. Most times you have to add a beam or other structural member to spread the load.
