For all the people (in reality a small percentage of customers) that complain about Suddenlink, I've had maybe two outages in 10 years of service that I can say with certainty were not caused by my own hardware. I always find the "is your internet out too" posts entertaining. I guess I've just been very lucky...

Not an issue of outage, but does anyone else have their recorded playback freeze? Ours seems to freeze at about the same time in the broadcast for every program. I'm wondering if it is just a delay in the broadcast or if there is maybe something wrong with our cable box?
