Are there any security and monitoring companiesin town who actually wants business? Ive have had two companies come out to my house, but afterwards will not return phone calls, emails, etc for quotes on cameras, install and monitoring. I have have been going at this for two months. What gives, are they that overloaded with business? Any recommendations?

I agree with Shorty.

I've had SimpliSafe for about 4 years. Been very happy. Just upgraded all my equipment a few months ago. I think it is a great concept--it was easy to install, and their customer service has been great.

That's because they are good.

They are also polite to both customers and potential customers.

SIL came over and accidentally set off alarm. 16 minutes later, ASC called my cell phone (the first contact), after they notified BCSO. Not supposed to work that way.

That seems like an anomaly. We've had nothing but great service from ASC.
