In Austin they are all byob. Love poker, play there a lot, but I still think they're breaking the law as written. Basically making a financial gain by running a poker game. Just a matter of time before someone prosecutes, deal em while you can.

It's a function of time before all the gaming lounges are busted.

Once busted, I would guess the legal fees, and fear of imprisonment, would make one wish he never got involved.

For those interested there is a club now open in college Station. It's open Thursday - Sunday starting at 8pm. I'm in no way affiliated with them (other than I play there) so I won't post any info here but if you do a Google search you can probably find it. Or if you post your contact I'll email you the info.
