In Austin they are all byob. Love poker, play there a lot, but I still think they're breaking the law as written. Basically making a financial gain by running a poker game. Just a matter of time before someone prosecutes, deal em while you can.

For those interested there is a club now open in college Station. It's open Thursday - Sunday starting at 8pm.
