I don't know anything about Ambit, but I have worked with RNL on a deal I sold. Ricardo and his family are good people, and they do great work.

I have installed window furnishings in an RNL home. They do great work. I would definitely buy one of their homes or have them build one.

Bought my RNL home about 5 years ago... love it! They are a family run business and are very personable when working with you from start to finish... and long afterwards. Highly recommend them.
