Buff spaniel girl found off Southern Plantation. She's really sweet has a collar with no tags and most clinics are closed so I'm not sure on a microchip.

TAMU Small Animal Clinic is open. They should be willing to check for a microchip.
For future reference, I believe you can take pets to Banfield's at PetSmart to check for a chip. Good option for after hours/weekends when clinics might not be open.
The Brazos Lost & Found Pets Facebook group is also a good place to post pictures and details of lost/found pets.
