Who is monitoring your home security system? What do they charge? Has anyone ever switched?

I am not sure if you are set on a security company, but my wife and I just purchased a set of Arlo cameras. It ties in with your internet, is wireless, has a base station with an alarm, and sends any motion triggered activity to your phone (similar to the Ring doorbell). It also stores the videos on the cloud for seven days free of charge. We arm it when we leave the house and at night ( it actually is tied to our phones to activate when we leave the house). We have liked it so far. Batteries are rechargeable and last for two to three months per charge.

Just swapped from ADT to Simply Safe. Love it!
