I NEED TO KNOW -- what kinds of cheeses do they use for this amazing creation?

Sliced cheddar and shredded monterey jack.

Haven't had them for years. Makes me want to go and get some.

I almost posted that same thing yesterday! Football season here we come!

If you're in need of a good gut cleanse, get chili on top of your TF.

Super easy to make at home...grab a bag of frozen fries and the two types of cheese. Cook the fries, spread them out on a big paper plate (Chinette for authenticity), sprinkle the cheddar heavily, then top with some jack cheese and put the plate back in the oven at 250 until the cheese is all gooey. Try topping it all with garlic salt and some Italian seasoning.

The ranch is just store bought ranch dressing powder pakets.
