How long do you want to ignore this user?
I am consistently seeing a loss of audio when I change from one HD channel to the next or even when they break for commerical. Any body else see the same?

The tv and or receiver has to be powered off and back on..

Oh, and their support pages go no where..

spent 30mins with them on chat this morning, and they still could not schedule a service call due to some other 'issue'. So I still have to call in.
