I'm assuming you saying pinata. If so, the place in the Texas and MLK area has a large selection. Think they only take cash.

I am pretty sure they still sell them. It's been a couple of years, but it's worth a try. It was in the back of the place.

I don't know about the other Walmarts in town, but the Walmart in College Station has several pinatas. Go in the store, turn left, and walk down until you see party supply stuff on the left. Don't forget to fill the pinata with more candy than you think you'll need. Little ones grab that stuff fast.
