Is there a minimum if I want to order certain flavors? Or are options limited to what's in the shop on any given day? I thought you could order online at one point, but I don't see a website anymore.

Truman for me as well. Nothing against other places but Truman has always done right by us with rush orders and variations.
Truman for me too. Chocolate Gallery was way overpriced and not nearly as good in my opinion.
Huge Truman fan. They're beautiful as well as delicious and very unique. We have tried the Chocolate Factory. It was ok, and we'll probably go back. It just isn't in the same league as Truman to us.
Truman is my place. Don't order often so no need to search for better when they are great every time I do go to em.
