We are going to redo an 80 year old house in Bryan, and need an architect for replacing the garage/extra room and adding a sun room to the back. Any suggestions for who to contact? Is this something a grad student at A&M could tackle as a project?

God no, and you'll really want to pull in a civil engineer that has experience with older properties, geotech and structural.90 bull said:
