HSC Parkway and Turkey Creek

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Does anyone know what is going on with these two roads? They are the main way to get into Traditions if coming from College Station and are both in very poor condition. HSC Parkway in particular is crumbling, unmarked, and open ditch between Turkey Creek and 2818. It is crazy because both roads are dumping into the nice inlaid brick section of HSC Parkway. Is this in some kind of no man's land between the two cities?

Unless they changed signage really recently, HSC east of Turkey Creek Road has always been F&B Road (originally F&B ended at Turkey Creek, construction of Traditions cut Turkey Creek Road in half with the northern part being closed). They made plans for a grander boulevard going into campus (note the extra space in the stoplight poles for another light fixture on F&B) but I don't know if/when/how they want to move forward with it.

F&B owned by the city of College Station and HSC owned by the city of Bryan is my biggest guess for the difference. What incentives does CoCS have to fix F&B?

At least some of the development off of HSC (GSK & Viatel?) is in College Station city limits even if the roadway to get to them isn't.
