Howdy, Aggies!

Due to predictions of severe weather for Friday, we are implementing one of our weather contingency plans and will relocate the Aggie Ring delivery FOR FRIDAY ONLY from the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center to the Hall of Champions at Kyle Field. Even if the forecast changes, we will continue with this new location.

Last names starting with A to K will enter through the Southwest Tower (the corner of the stadium closest to Blue Bell Park).

Last names starting with L to Z will enter through the Northwest Tower (the corner of the stadium closest to the West Campus Garage).

Umbrellas WILL be allowed inside but they MUST be put into bags upon entering; bags will be provided.
The floor inside gets VERY slippery when wet. Plan footwear accordingly.
It's a trek from the towers to inside the Hall of Champions. Consider your guests' comfort.
You do NOT have to adhere to the clear bag policy on Friday.


Other than the location, all other logistics (ticket times, group numbers, required items to bring etc.) for Friday's Aggie Ring Day are unchanged.

The forecast for Saturday is clear, so all Saturday activities will proceed as scheduled at the Williams Alumni Center.
