Just digging this one up since there is some speculation on another thread that it is At Home.
I hear it might be a new Dick's Sporting Goods super store called either 'Super Dick's' or 'Big Dick's' - still waiting for confirmation...

I doubt Marshalls with a T.J maxx here. Burlington makes more sense.
Best Buy thought about a second store on 40 about 5 years ago but changed their mind when the company did an overhaul. No way they move from being across from the campus.
A Costco or Fry's would be my wish. Those aren't happening.

How about we make a chicken tender/finger food court inside one of them?
It will be the largest Waffle House in the chain, and a Costco next to it, but they are in the final stages of signing a deal with the Pappas Brothers to go in there too, since they don't care about a business model, they just know we want them here, and then the Whole Foods Store will be added to the back, and the In and Out will be in the parking lot.I'm almost sure this is true.

It is good news that a large vacant building is now going to be occupied. It actually moved pretty quickly, which is also good news.
