Looking to put our AC units on a maintenance program as I've noticed a pretty bad smell every time they come on after extended periods of no use. I've read that this is common but that it is also something having your units serviced routinely can help be resolved. Is there anyone you guys would recommend here in town that does a good job in terms of twice a year service agreement as well as does a good job in case additional problems arise?
