I had shipwrecked 2 weeks ago- good spice level but a bit overdone and a pain to peel. I like to split the bug then grab the tailmeat with my teeth and pull it out and if they are overdone it will stick in the tail shell.
We had Blackwater Draw earlier this week and they were a bit underspiced but perfectly cooked.
THat is all I've tried so far, I usually put on a family boil later in the spring with jumbo bugs from Crawfish hole.
