Brought wood up under the porch so it would be dry and usable. Work is cancelled tomorrow. HEB was a mad house.

Maybe after this winter, locals will finally...FINALLY learn how to drive in a minuscule amount of snow and ice...and the whole community won't have to shut down.

Ugh... my wife went there just to do our weekly shopping (not as a doomsday prepper as apparently everyone in town was doing). She texted me and said "I made a bad choice".D_Wag97 said:

I was at Kroger to pick up ice (ironic) and it was a mad house. A lot of doomsday buyers etc. But to be fair there were a lot of students engaged in first of semester ritual junk food buying.
Don't know why people are freaking out when it's going to be in the 70's this weekend.
