Thanks to this topic, a couple days ago I had the lunch chicken fried steak at Jose's. It was good as always. While it might not compete with some of the others mentioned, for $6.99 with fries and Texas toast, it's a very tasty bargain.

I second that. Not bad for a mexican food restaurant.

On Wednesday's Blackwater Draw on Northgate whips up a mean Chicken Fried Steak. It's a daily special, so it's only available on Wednesday.
