20th Anniversary Celebration "Family Fest"
Join the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum as they celebrate their 20th anniversary with "Family Fest", Saturday, October 21st. Open for free and to the public, Family Fest will include carnival games, bounce houses, rides and complimentary refreshments. And while the festival activities will take place at the pond from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., there will be free admission to the museum, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For more information, visit bush41.org and click on the events tab to make reservations.

20th Anniversary Panel Discussions
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Join us on October 20th for two exciting panel discussions called Sharing the Story: Researching the Bush Administration starting at 1:00 p.m. and Unlocking the Mystery: Declassifying the Bush Administration Documents starting at 3:00 p.m. These engaging and informative panels will take place in the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center. Laura Wilson Issues forum
Join the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum on November 14 at 7:00 p.m. to welcome photographer and author Laura Wilson for a Library Issues Forum. Wilson will host a discussion on her award winning photographic essay "Watt Matthews of Lambshead," which focuses on ninety-year-old Watt Matthews, manager and vital force behind the historic Lambshead Ranch. Legacy of Ranching Exhibit

The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum proudly announces its newest exhibit, The Legacy of Ranching: Preserving the Past, Embracing the Future. Recordings of oral histories, an original video narrative, hands-on educational activities, and a historic chuck wagon centerpiece are all included in this impressive new exhibit. "The Legacy of Ranching" will be on display through January 7, 2018. Don't miss the opportunity to share the legacy of ranching in Texas with a new generation. 20th Anniversary Exhibit
In commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Center a special Bush Library exhibit will celebrate the three entities of the center: the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, The George H.W. Bush Foundation and the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Some of the main features of the exhibit include photographs, awards, numerous artifacts and more. This exhibit will be on display through January 6, 2018. For more information, visit bush41.org.


Night at the Museum Halloween Festival
On October 29 the Bush Library and Museum and Bryan Broadcasting presents the annual Night at the Museum Halloween event, sponsored by Atkinson Toyota. This event is free and open to the public from 3-6 p.m. Geared towards children 12 and under, there will be trick-or-treating in the museum; along with games, activities, a costume contest and refreshments on the plaza. The costume contest starts at 3:00 p.m. in the rotunda and will end at 5:00 p.m. For more information, visit bush bush41.org.
