The Stella hotel would be a good fit. The Hilton or maybe the newer Hilton Garden Inn would be less expensive options.

7F Lodge worked well for us at 200+. There was plenty of room for more too.

I can't forget to mention Brownstone in Kurten. It's a nice facility (and a customer of ours, so that's a plus).

We used pebble creek country club. I've heard good things from peach creek ranch and the 7f lodge.

Be cautious of what venues say they can hold. A lot of them claim a high number, but that is only if they put up a tent and have people outside.

Unfortunately, all of those venues are unavailable on April 28. Let me know if you hear of indoor venues that are less likely to be booked already. Thank you for all of your feedback!

You might shoot an email to the bridal association of the brazos valley, we were at their bridal show this weekend and they had a few venues there that I didn't recognize from our research so maybe they're new and you might have some luck.

Another big space that will be available by then is the Ice House on Main in Downtown Bryan. We looked at having our ceremony and reception there but the price was just way too high for us considering their setup compared to where we ended up booking (Peach Creek Ranch.)

Brazos County Expo Center and the TAMU Equine Center. Big Sky Barn. Good luck to you. Most venues need to be booked at least a year out and you are cutting it close. We had to book our daughter's out 15 months.

There are also spaces inside Kyle Field that can seat a lot of people.

Cafe Eccell can comfortably fit that size of group. We would love to work with you on it!!
