Needs to be posted on Facebook Brazos Lost and Found Pets.

They have excellent tips for reunification and a good record.

One of the most important tips is check both shelters at least every other day, personally visiting all the holding areas.

That Facebook page helped us reunite a lost dog with her owner just last week, after we didn't get a response from the number associated with the dog's RFID chip.
