Office Assistant Job Description-

Part or Full time position in our office assisting our office manager in all daily tasks
Some flexibility with regards to work schedule. Pay commensurate with qualifications, and willing to train the right person.

Duties are as follows-
Answer phones
Dispatch and schedule service calls
Enter Payroll
Construction accounting, AP/AR and data entry
Office work such as filling, printing etc.
Work in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe

Qualifications
Some basic accounting experience
Microsoft Office experience
Construction knowledge a plus
Basic Computer experience
