Anybody else's Frontier Internet cutting in and out?

Trying to figure out if the problem is on my end or Frontier's. They haven't been much help in the past, so I thought I'd see if other people are having the same problem before I, sigh, call them again.

I'm in Wheeler Ridge.

May I ask why you are using Frontier if you are in Wheeler Ridge? I would switch to suddenlink in a heart beat. I kicked Frontier to the curb and went with Rise Broadband. I am in a rural area and have had no issues with them at all.

Do you have your own router? Routers seem to break every 2 to 3 years. I always have to get a new one on that time cycle. It starts to slow down and cut in and out. Buy a new router, and it is fine.

MAYBE that is your issue?

I never knew anyone who lived in a part of B/CS that COULD get Suddenlink who didn't use Suddenlink for their provider.



(Just messing with you...I used Verizon for awhile, regretfully.)

Frontier sucks. But if you are using their router then that could be the issue.
