It's the biggest Aggie night of the summer -- join hundreds of fellow Ags for this great dinner and event!

Our speaker, Coach Kevin Sumlin, gives us an inside view of the upcoming Aggie football season, and Coaches' Night 2017 also includes a live and silent auction, pop-up stores from Maroon U and the Warehouse (C.C Creations) and more! Take photos with Reveille IX and meet the new Aggie Yell Leaders. Nine coaches are confirmed to attend! (see list below)

Get tickets at tx.ag/CN17

New this year: Maroon level tables are invited to a Coaches' Corner Cocktail Hour, to meet and greet A&M coaches from a range of sports, with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres provided! You can access the Coaches' Corner throughout the entire event. Get a group of friends together and go in on a Maroon table - $2,000 (10 seats, or possibly 9 if you have a coach sitting with you for dinner; you can indicate preferences)

Young alumni get $25 off -- tickets are only $50 for the Classes of 2007-17!
Individual tickets $75
White table sponsorship $1,000; Maroon table sponsorship $2,000 - details at tx.ag/CN17sponsor

Coaches already confirmed are Tana McKay (equestrian); J.T. Higgins and Trelle McCombs (golf); Gary Blair (women's basketball); Steve Bultman and Jay Holmes (swimming and diving); and Laurie and John Corbelli (volleyball) will attend, in addition to our speaker, Coach Sumlin!

We who are lucky enough to live here in Aggieland support these teams year-round, and their coaches annually help this event - the club's largest scholarship fundraiser - pull in as much as $100,000 for Brazos County students to attend A&M.

BCAMC currently has 13 students from Brazos County on scholarships at Texas A&M. Help send more! Your attendance, your auction bids, your donated items and sponsorships all make this happen. Thank you!!

why is this at the Expo Center? This is your premier annual event and fundraiser.

Wouldn't Kyle Field's Hall of Champions or Zone Club be a better location? This is a football centered event.

I like the suggestion, and I'll ask! Though I honestly don't know what the relative costs are, I know that two of our concerns are finding a place that can comfortably seat 800 Aggies and friends/family for dinner, and also keeping the cost of the event as low as possible, since it is a fundraiser. There's a balance in there somewhere between having a nice event that folks enjoy but not having super-high ticket prices.

We definitely include sports other than football, though! Coaches from all over A&M Athletics help with this event, offering up their time to attend and meet our members, and also for the special auction items like "Hunting trip with Coach X" or "Dinner with Coach X at Republic," "Golf with Coach X at Briarcrest" (and much gratitude goes to the restaurants and golf courses for those items, too!)

Better off away from athletic facilities. Besides cost, at Kyle, you'd be required to use Levy to cater. Their catered food is just as bad as concessions.

Call for volunteers!
Help out for a few hours on June 21 and you'll save $25 off a regular $75 ticket to Coaches' Night!

We'd love to get about 30 volunteers total for a few positions:

Noon-3 p.m. Setup (no heavy lifting!)
4-7 p.m. Help with auction (we'll show you how)
4:30-7:30 p.m. Help greet and guide attendees

Email bret@colemanandpatterson.com to sign on. Your ticket will be $50, and you are actively helping raise scholarship money for local high school grads to come attend Texas A&M.

Coach Kevin Sumlin is our speaker, and dinner starts at 7 p.m. -- you'll get prime rib, grilled chicken, vegetable medley and garlic mashed potatoes, plus cake for dessert.

No finer way to meet a few hundred of your closest fellow Aggies!
