Looks like my neighborhood land value increased by $10K, and "improvements" dropped by around $2-3K.

Still, that's $31K INCREASE since I closed in 2014

Every house on my street went up 30k or more. Mine is up 40k (90k since 2014 - only went up 8k from 2009-2014) I guess I should be thankful for the homestead cap to soften the blow, but I get to look forward to a couple more years of increase even if property values stay the same.
