Is there a city/county website listing construction projects and their purpose? On OSR, they just completed running a long section of water main, and now there are stacks of larger black pipe. Wondering if the city is adding services or about to annex, etc.

Just hoping someone is about to add Internet services out there as well.

The project in question is a water main replacement/upgrade by Wellborn Water.

The city doesn't preemptively upgrade infrastructure. They barely keep up with what they have.

As for internet, the demographics of that area aren't attractive to SL. They are ignoring large swaths of high end homes right now because they have their hands full.
