Why is it Villa Maria Rd is lacking right turn lanes at busy intersections. Examples: the newly constructed 2818 @ Villa Maria and Texas at Villa Maria. Seems to me traffic would f-l-o-w better if those wanting to turn right were able to turn without sitting in the main lanes.
