College Station Chiropractic, Marcy Halterman or her partners (as mentioned above)
2005: 6 weeks in bed when golf/computer/tractor slipped disk back would not heal in a few days (typical every 5-10 years). Docs threw pills at me, I even caught an ambulance to ER for a shot but doc's command to walk wasn't up to Jesus-power, so back to bed I was sent. Nurse Gloria kind enough to send enough steroids to get me in a car, wheelchair to Marcy's co-worker. Placed in the screaming room, doc adjusted as best he could my "buns of steel" then instructed me to do a few things before getting h=finished off by Marcy next day = Saturday AM. She finished me off and I have been wolking ever since, even with golf/computer/tractor mower duties same as before and now 12 years older.
There was never ever pain caused by them nor routine adjustments thereafter, that they voluntarily expand the frequency. The only other advice to give is ... opt for the 30-60 massage prior to adjustment over the TENS electronics whatever chiro you employ. You can relay your preferences for rough or soft massages.
They also offer acupuncture, et al.; Marcy taught yoga for years, etc.
Over time, you'll know when to call in for an appointment prior to things going South, as well as preventive measures.
That's my story & I'm sticking to it.
