A friend of mine has a big gymnastics meet in CS next weekend and has three kids. She is looking for a nice hotel recommendation that has a restaurant in the hotel to make it easier with kids, to eat/room service/etc?

Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

The new Stella, in Traditions, would probably be good choice (only a couple miles from meet venue)

Real restaurants (besides breakfast snack bars) are few and far between in BCS. Campfire in the new Stella Hotel is very nice, but not sure how kid-friendly. Garden Inn at Hilton is just fine, and an old standby. Mi Familia Coco Loco in CS is kinda sorta in the Howard Johnson's there.

There are many hotels on University within walking distance of many restaurants on University.

This is what we told people coming for a conference we hosted a few years ago.

But also note that there are restaurants near the Vineyard Court on Dominick. That might be a more kid-friendly set of choices, with the places on Dominick and in the mall behind it (e.g. Whataburger, Chick Fil-A for fast food, Pizza and Blue Baker on Dominick). Not sure how kid-friendly some of my favorite ethnic places are around there, though (Shiraz, Centro American, Choi's).

The new Cavalry Court on University would be a good option. Has a restaurant, bar, and food truck (trailer). Neat setup that kids would probably find cool too. It's all military themed. Nice pool, fire pit sitting area, games on the deck, etc.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. My friend now has a list to choose from. Good bull from you all.
