I know it's been covered before, but things change so often. Where's your favorite spot? Prefer a patio.

Off hand I can think of Chuy's, Torchy's, Willie's. Not sure if the drink specials are any good though.

World of Beer--good food and drinks. Not just beer--they have wine and mixed drinks too.

Nothing beats drinks on the Ozona's patio on a beautiful day

Their patio isn't very appealing.

Napa Flats has a nice one - drinks and appetizers on their happy hour menu

Ozona has one of the nicest patios in town, if you don't mind the smoking they allow on it. The other problem with Ozona is their drinks are weak.

They don't really have a happy hour, but if wine or good mixed drinks are your thing, the tables outside Veritas with a view of the fountain (when it is working) are nice.

Paolo's apparently has some outdoor patio area, but I haven't tried that.

Back to the fountain by Veritas -- Razzoo's has some decent drinks and a covered area by that same fountain.

If you have (or don't mind) kids, the back porch area of Lupe Tortilla is good -- covered tables, misting fans, and a play area for the kids.

Smitty K's has $2 all day Thursdays...craft beers included.

West End Elixer Company. Yes it's Northgate, but every time I've been for after work drinks it has been a crowd of like aged professionals.

very false. The are at least 20 bars in the loop in Houston (which is within 100 miles of the backyard) with better outdoor areas.
