People complain about HOA's, but these things are why we live in a neighborhood with an active one.
Do you consider the street a "garage"? Cause these houses usually have cars parked out in the street.dallasiteinsa02 said:
They need to require them to have at least a two car garage. That is a pretty normal subdivision ordinance,
That is the biggest problem. Areas aren't designed to accommodate a car per bedroom.redd38 said:Do you consider the street a "garage"? Cause these houses usually have cars parked out in the street.dallasiteinsa02 said:

Yep. There is a house (non-Aggieshack) on Tanglewood and Carter Creek which has at least 8 people living in it. They park their cars on the streets, mostly TW, which makes it impossible to turn off CC onto TW if there is any oncoming traffic. If there is a car parked at the house on the opposite side, forget it. God forbid a firetruck or ambulance needs to get down that street because they could not do it.dallasiteinsa02 said:That is the biggest problem.
