My brother is turning 21 and I want to gift him a fun/fancy experience. He's always loved The Rat Pack and what I would consider "dapper" dress. He has a couple of suits and enjoys going out in them. I thought it might be fun for him to go to a cocktail bar or something along those lines with live jazz and where nice dress is required.

Any suggestions for him locally?

Ditto on The Republic. The bartenders there were even able to make me a drink I love at The Driskill in Austin with just a description and it's not a simple drink.
