What is your favorite menu item to order if you can pick any restaurant in B/CS. It does not have to be fancy.

My go to item is the Steak Tartare at the Republic. I go there at happy hour just for that item. It is great.

The lambchop appetizers at Cafe Eccell with the dipping sauce. I would elbow lil Bo Peep to get to those.

Has to be the strawberry tart at Cafe Eccell for me. Especially when the strawberries are ripe. Best dessert I've ever had anywhere.

The Oxtails at Butler's Soul Food is the best meal in town. In fact most everything there is great.

If you want some home cooking, give them a try.

The Sonora platter at Abuelo's. It's not always on the menu but they will make it if asked. I think I've had two other menu items from there since they opened. I love it so much.

It's what I would want as my last meal.

I think the Sam Houston is my favorite at Mickey's

My current favorite is at Taz-- Chicken Tikka Masala.

I heard someone refer to at as "heaven in a bowl." Pretty accurate description.
