I've never done a live draft with a board, so I have no idea what to expect. Does the board show who has been drafted? (Like we write them in as we go) Or is it basically a list of all the players and they get crossed of as we go?
Should be a big grid that comes with color coded player name stickers (colored by position). Each pick is then put on the board under the team that drafted them for each round. It should look something like this...
It's my favorite way to draft.
By the way... AAB, did you get a premium Skype account? I think you have to have a premium account to have more than two people linked together on a video call.
Does anyone have Skype on their phone or tablet? Maybe I can borrow your account for one of the guys? I can get 2 but I'd really like to use my phone for info.
If other who have a skype account brought laptops would that help with some of the linking? I don't have skype, but if others do, we could maybe have multiple computers to help out.
Skype is fine but a Google hangout allows you to bring in multiple people. So instead of having 3 phones/laptops/etc for Skype, you need one laptop with a webcam for Google hangouts.
Skype works really well for video conferencing. It's just that in the past, you had to have a premium account to have more than two computers linked to the same video call. Sounds like they have lifted that restriction. If so, it's time to downgrade my work account.
