So Smith&Co, what is your connection to Torchy's?
You are obviously a big fan.
I have zero controlling interest in TT. I'm just a taco addict who loves Torchy's, nothing more. The first time I tasted Torchy's was around 2003 during a trip to Austin for ACL. My addiction has only grown since.
I've been a hedonist, glutton for the past 28 years and know a thing or two about good tacos/BBQ. Torchy's is solid and consistent...have yet to be disappointed.

If any of you guys frequent Houston, specifically the Heights, swing by Torchy's off Ashland & 19th. Their Heights platform is what you will see in CS. This platform includes a full bar which most of their(older) locations do not have. Pretty unique drink menu with 3-5 crafts on tap. I usually hit up this location before I make the pilgrimage to MMP, at least this season anyway. The Stros force me to drink copious amounts of alcohol.
