It's not the Governor's news. The county judge or Kerrville officials would break that news. They do have a press conference soon where I would expect them to talk about it, even if it was "we have rescued 2 individuals".

Yes, and even if not additional flooding, debris issues everywhere. Stay off the lakes too.

We're all hearing from different boots on the ground. I was told the bodies were near a bridge. Others are hearing live people there.
