How can you start 45 minutes late for a photo op presser and not have your cameras and mics teed up.
Anyone that has a loved one that went through this - plenty of time to evaluate but planting a seed. As someone who has been through an event that I'll never forget, a therapy called EMDR did wonders for me. Nothing removes the memory, but the brain can experience healing and the accompanying emotions can be deescalated in time.
