Suppose one has left over sliced brisket (real brisket and not John Cornyn variety) and has a hankering for a sammich. Is mayo acceptable or does it have to be BBQ sauce?

The correct answer is brisket tacos. One of my favorite times eating brisket tacos was sitting on the bank of the Madison River with Melissa a few miles south of Ennis, Montana.
