I know someone has posted a link in the past to a generic form generated by a recognized organization.

I would consult an attorney, but I also believe TAMU Extension has links to examples on their website.

Since 2015, it is best to separate the lease agreement from the liability release. The Legislature passed the "ag tourism" law (Chapter 75A). 75A deals with agriculture liability. It comes with very specific sign postings and wording for signed releases. No liability release is ironclad, but this law adds a higher bar to gross negligence for legal liability by the landowner.
