Nice looking setup. Looks like a healthy buck population too!

It sounds like a lot of money but capital farm credit should do a 30 year amortization on it. When you look at what foks are spending every month on new F250s, UTVs, deer leases, etc this is a much better place to put your money.

And best of all, you get to do what you want, when you want, on your own place!

Yup, I drive past that every day and yet to see a hog in 14 years. Which I dont understand. My ranch is 10 minutes West of there beside a main tributary to the lake and its hog city. That's between the lake and town and the deer around the lake are many. I ran over 7 in one year alone, hit them dead center!

OP: If you decide to use an agent, my cousin is a Broker in Brownwood. I don't get anything out of it, but I would make him let me deer hunt on his place.
