Anybody run blood trail dogs in llano county? Had a buck at the feeder and he ran when hit. Had blood but rain came in. Am I SOL?

Thanks everyone. Ended up using 3M Deer Dogs with Chance Miller. He brought out Ace the wonder dog and made short work finding a nice (for our lease) 10pt even after three hours of pretty steady rain. Highly recommend in Llano area. 325-423-9321.

I would call Matt McWilliams. He is out of Brady and the best in the business.

That pricing is a steal! STX dogs I've seen used are no less than $5-800 all in.
Nice deer.AgResearch said:
Damn. Aim small; miss small on that hog panel.

There isn't a logical reason for it. It goes back to when running deer with dogs was banned in TX (late 80s or early 90s I believe) It was primarily done in East TX, as it is throughout other parts of the southern US. Now, I want to be clear, I'm not a fan of it, but it was, at the time, legal.K_P said:
That site says it's illegal to use them in several se tx counties. What's the reasoning for that?
