Me and the wife were looking for the 8 point I saw the other day and just came across this cat walking at 30 yards. Didn't pay us any mind. We have quite a few out there, but it was the first one I've seen in a while. Based on all the howling, I may need to focus on coyotes more next. Everything was moving early yesterday so hopefully it's that way this coming weekend too.

A bit wet this morning in Burleson County (cropland) but beautiful otherwise. Lots of deer moving. Passed on a spike and the one decent buck didn't come in range. (That's a pet duck, by the way.)
