The fly bridge logo doesn't work for me. You don't sell trout, perch, bass fisherman a T shirt w/ a big offshore boat on it in my opinion.

It has to be something that ties to your passion like a Flood Tide cap with a redfish tail or tarpon etc....

......or for someone like centerpole, A Howler Bros cap with a monkey on it.

Based on the pics, they ought to call the company "Undersized Trout"

+1 on "Flat Earth" being a dumb name. It just makes me cringe. I would never buy or support any products with that on them.

Up here in the Panhandle we have a very good view. It's nice and flat and we don't have things like trees and mountains cluttering up the scenery. The result is that you can see much further around here than in much of Texas.

I think the boat is neat. and the price point sounds good.

Maybe flat earth is on to something - an affordable line of outdoor clothing for people who don't fish? Let's face it, there are more people that don't fish than do, and they'd buy their stuff just cause the boat is cool. And it's affordable. Kind of like 3/4 of the Yeti market, but without the high cost of entry

Me personally I would do this. I'm thinking of gear for people who fish, but suck at it like me and never catch anything unless I have a guide.

I'll call it "flat liners"

PS - and I'm happy to admit I have a lot of Yeti. When my wife and I first got married, back when my in-laws still liked me, they bought me lots of Yeti. My wife liked me too so she bought more Yeti. Now she buys me Walmart stuff
