Look up using Naproxen Sodium. You start with a pretty high dose and slowly taper. A business partner told me about it because he has occasional flare ups. I have told two other folks about it. They both said it was a miracle cure.

Yeah that is why I stick to the minimum dosage possible. 25mg every 4 to 6 hours until the flair up is gone. The stuff is a life saver, but it really makes me useless if I need to think.

Dive gotten it twice. Both episodes involved dehydration and new boots laced too tight.

My cure.....1 bottle of rum and dancing in the sand. Works great as long as you remember Gatorade and water before bed.

I'm taking allipurinol and colchrizine right now and it's helped tremendously. I'm also taking the supplement mentioned on page 1.

My flare up has been under control and things are going great
