There are a lot of activities that compete for our football watching time in the fall. Most are no-brainers, like weddings, because who would schedule one during football season anyway? And if they did, well...

But this one makes it a little harder to choose: Hunting

Hunting. Preferably with no cell service so I can ignore the disappointment that is Aggie football for just a little longer.

Hunting enjoyment ranges from great to forever memorable (in a good way)....not the same for football!

Tough call. Haven't missed a home game since 2002. I'll keep that streak alive but still go duck hunting many times.

I like evening games. Can hunt in the morning and still make it to the game. But if it's an early game then I'll miss the hunt.

So I guess Football if it came down to it.

Football is seasonal, hunting is year round. Easy to not hunt for 12 weekends a year.

Dove opener in South Texas...hunting with the crew.

Hunting will get more time, but I never miss a chance to see my Aggies play.

Hunting would take more time than I can afford this weekend, so football it is. Sandwiched in between 19th and 20th century US history study sessions

No question guns will be involved!

Paying 5k a year to shoot a pet deer is a worse investment than any football game

I'll go to the south zone dove opener then make it to all home games until deer season. Once deer season starts I don't make it back for a home game unless I tag out.
