I got this rifle at a banquet the other day.

It's in .300 Weatherby and has the RMEF logo engraved on it. I haven't even picked it up yet

Pretty gun, but not a caliber I am interested in. What I've really been wanting is a .338 Lapua. I'd be willing to make up any value differential in cash.

I'd also entertain other interesting trades or sell it outright if anyone's interested.

Weatherby doesn't make a Vanguard in 338 Lapua, IIRC you'll need to go to a Mark V or a different manufacturer.

You are correct. This is a .300 Weatherby. I want a .338 Lapua...not set on a particular brand.
